For web design, we'll need your business information, brand assets (logo, colors, etc. if available), content for your pages (text and images), and any specific design preferences you have. For logo and brand design, we need your business name, industry, target audience, preferred colors/styles, and your brand values. For document drafting, we require the specific information related to the document type (e.g., business details for proposals). We provide a detailed questionnaire to guide you through providing the necessary information.

Most of our digital product services include two rounds of revisions as standard. This means you'll have multiple opportunities to provide feedback and request changes to ensure the final product meets your expectations. For web design, we offer revisions at both the design concept stage and after initial implementation. For logo design, we provide revisions after presenting initial concepts and after refining your chosen design. Additional revision rounds can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.

Yes, we offer website hosting as an optional service. Our hosting packages include domain registration (or transfer), reliable hosting with good uptime, security features, backups, and basic maintenance. Monthly hosting packages start at GH₵150 per month. If you prefer to use your own hosting, we're happy to work with that as well and will provide all necessary files and instructions for implementation. We can also recommend reliable, affordable hosting options if you'd prefer to manage it yourself.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with the initial concepts, we'll work with you to understand your concerns and create new designs that better align with your vision. Our process includes multiple checkpoints where you can provide feedback and direction. We won't consider a project complete until you're satisfied with the result. In the rare case that we can't meet your expectations despite our best efforts, we offer a satisfaction guarantee with partial refunds depending on the project stage.
